The Board of Directors of LacPro (the "Company") sets high standards for the Company's employees, officers and directors. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to serve as a prudent fiduciary for shareholders and to oversee the management of the Company's business. The Board is responsible for the oversight of LacPro’s business conducted by its officers, managers and employees under the direction of the President. The Board also acts as an advisor and counselor to the President and executive officers. Both the Board and management recognize that shareholders interests are advanced by responsibly providing stewardship for LacPro’s business.
